An enquiry into the nature of the relationship between reality and perception. Drawing on Buddhist teachings on the mind.

Our perceptions filter and colour what we see around us but the way we perceive and respond to the world is not fixed. During the day we will explore this teaching through creative artworks, mixed media, drawing, mediations, talks and reflections.
