Out of the Box

An arts and meditation weekend retreat, lead by Padmayogini and Clare Barton-Harvey.

Over the weekend we will be stepping out of our usual box* and will gain new and refreshing insights into our experience. This will benefit our work, relationships, creativity and inner life.

We will work creatively with art materials, stories, short talks and meditation to bring about these benefits. Clare and I will demonstrate our own response to the theme and give individual tuition as needed. We have a really great surprise waiting for everyone who attends the retreat!

*The box is a metaphor for our usual/habitual way of seeing and experiencing the world.
