Workshops

I have lead and taught art in a variety of situations, including a Mind day centre, after school clubs and community groups.

2004 I developed and ran a course involving art and relaxation for the local community in Bethnal Green, using a translator for the Bengali women participants.

2003 Ongoing I have been developing and running with a colleague, a new series of workshops and Urban Arts Retreats over the last few years. These combine meditation methods, refkection and art pratice, aimed at giving artists and those wanting to develop their art work more confidence to expore their ideas and methods for working with the imagination and intuition.
